Shiloh Downs is located on the east side of I35 about 2 miles south of Ovilla Road and 9 miles west of I45 giving our residents an easy commute to a variety of shopping and dining experiences.
Shiloh Downs is a gated, deed restricted community, meaning that we have convents, codes and restrictions that must be followed. Our residents pay annual assessments which are used to grow and maintain our neighborhood.
Shiloh Downs is known as the only Equestrian community in Ellis County with large home sites which set on a gently rolling countryside, containing fifty-eight (58) exclusive homesites ranging in size from 2 acres to over 12 acres. It is characterized by over 5 miles of 3 rail white vinyl fencing outlining roadways, riding trails, and recreational greenbelt area. Shiloh Downs offers country living at its best.
There are four (4) officers; President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.
Officers are elected via nominations for candidates at the annual meeting. Any vacancy is filed at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board from among the Alternate Directors in the order of their fininsh in the election of Directors. If none are available the vacancy is filled from the Members by a majority vote of all remaining Directors. In some cases they may also be removed. See Bylaws for a more complete explanation.

The Board meets at regular intervals once a month and an annual meeting once a year. The amount of time that you spend doing things varies between projects and committees.
You must be in good standing. (your dues are paid.)
You must be on the deed to the property or a spouse of someone who is on the deed to the property. (Note: the person on the deed may not necessarily be the person on the mortgage.)
You must reside in the community.
